- Customers should allow 14 Days from Order date for items delivered in Australia and 31 Days for outside Australia. When your Order has been shipped, we will email you or if you do not have an email address, we will fax you to confirm shipment. You may pay for your products by the methods of payment as displayed on the payment section of the Ed Hardy Store Web Site from time to time. At the time your order is placed, Apple obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. Ed hardy currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express You (the customer) must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will email or post your invoice to you at the billing address indicated on your Order Confirmation when we ship your Products to you. Your invoice will be your proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
- Sales Taxes
- We (Ed Hardy) are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Ed Hardy purchases will include GST. Ed Hardy will provide the final dollar total of your order including GST and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. The invoice Ed Hardy emails or posts to you will include GST. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
- Product availability, Shipping
- Estimated ship time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Delivery time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our location to your shipping address. Ed Hardy makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated ship times provided by the Ed Hardy store at checkout. The estimated ship times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Estimated ship times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 3.00 p.m. AEST. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated ship times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply. If the estimated ship time changes, Ed Hardy will contact you via email and provide a revised estimated ship time estimate. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of credit card, loan or lease orders). Orders placed on the weekend or on a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. No weekend or after hours delivery available. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 14 working days of the date of issue of your order

- We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if the item(s) you have purchased are unavailable, you will receive a notification email and refund for the full amount within 7 days.
- Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
- We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a manufacturing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Please note that Ed Hardy does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for our products if the customer has a change of mind, refunds and/or returns are given only if the product has a manufacturing fault. Postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer for any warranty claims after the first seven days. This includes shipping charges both ways
